- Operate and monitor Rajaram CNC jewellery machines as per production requirements.
- Set up jobs, fixtures, cutters, tools and machine parameters before production.
- Load and unload gold or other jewellery components safely and accurately.
- Operate CNC machines for bangle, ring and jewellery cutting/faceting applications.
- Read and understand CAD/CAM designs, drawings and job instructions.
- Set speed, feed, depth, axis movement and cutting parameters according to the job.
- Check first-piece samples and ensure dimensions, design and finish meet specifications.
- Monitor machine performance during production and identify abnormalities.
- Perform basic tool changes, machine adjustments and routine maintenance.
- Minimize metal wastage and ensure proper collection/recovery of precious-metal chips and dust.
- Maintain accurate production records and report machine or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Follow company SOPs, safety procedures and jewellery quality standards.
- Coordinate with CAD designers, production supervisors and quality teams for smooth production.
