Job Description

We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Telecalling Team Lead to manage our telecalling team and drive team performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience handling high-volume outbound calls, and the ability to monitor team productivity and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise a large team of telecalling executives.
- Handle and monitor high-volume inbound and outbound calls, particularly cold-calling activities.
- Ensure proper and consistent usage of the CRM system by all team members.
- Generate, analyse, and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor team productivity, call quality, conversion rates, and target achievement.
- Conduct mock calls, call audits, assessments, and performance evaluations.
- Provide regular training, coaching,



and feedback to improve communication and conversion skills.
- Ensure adherence to calling processes, CRM updates, and reporting standards.
- Motivate the team to achieve individual and organisational targets.

Requirements

- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or telecalling team management.
- Proven ability to manage a large team and handle high call volumes.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid knowledge of CRM systems, reporting, and Excel.
- Ability to conduct training sessions, mock calls, and assessments.
- Target-oriented, organised, and proactive approach to work.
