Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to manage our social media presence, develop marketing strategies, and increase brand awareness and audience engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan content calendars, campaigns, reels, stories, and promotional posts.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to produce engaging content.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
- Manage paid social media campaigns and advertising budgets.
- Analyse performance metrics, prepare reports,



and optimise campaigns.
- Ensure consistent branding and timely publishing across platforms.
- Collaborate with the event and marketing teams to promote events, projects, and brand activations.

Requirements

- Proven experience in social media marketing and digital campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and social media analytics tools.
- Knowledge of content strategy, audience targeting, and lead generation.
- Robust communication, creativity, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of SEO, influencer marketing, and digital marketing tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
