Purchasing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gandhidham. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for raw materials, components, and services required for PV module manufacturing and related operations. Daily tasks include identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating pricing and contracts, issuing purchase orders, and monitoring delivery schedules to ensure uninterrupted production. The role also involves maintaining accurate procurement records, analyzing cost and inventory data, collaborating with production, quality, and finance teams, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations. The Purchasing Manager is expected to optimize purchasing strategies to support quality, cost efficiency, and timely supply.

Qualifications:

- Solid skills in vendor management, procurement planning, and contract negotiation, with the ability to build and maintain long-term supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in inventory management,



purchase order processing, and basic supply chain coordination within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to analyze costs, track key purchasing metrics, and use data to support decisions and improve procurement efficiency.
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement software, and solid skills in MS Excel and other basic office tools.
- Good communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams such as production, logistics, quality, and finance.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints.
- Experience in manufacturing or the solar/renewable energy industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
