Profile: Recruitment Specialist
Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation in HR Job
Location: Sector 48, Gurugram, Haryana
Salary: upto 40K (monthly)
Notice Period: 15 days
Roles & Responsibilities:
Take care of the recruitment by ensuring that all the clerical duties required are performed timeously and correctly. This will include the following tasks:
1. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards (LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed etc.), careers pages and social networks
2. Handling incoming applications and collating received documentation
3. Organizing interview appointments
4.
Taking telephonic & F2F interviews.
5. Minuting interviews, meetings, and discussions
6. Maintaining ongoing contact with candidates
7. Organizing or conducting reference checks
8. Preparing regular reports on ongoing recruitment activities
9. Assisting with general office admin
10. Update our internal databases with current employee information, including contact details and employment forms
11. Participate in organizing company events.
Requirements and skills:
1. Experience in HR role
2. Experience with MS Office.
3. Good communication skills & eye for details.
4. Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
