We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Pratap Nagar, Nagpur. The ideal candidate will assist in assessing, treating, and rehabilitating patients under the guidance of senior physiotherapists while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct initial patient assessments and collect relevant medical histories.
- Assist senior physiotherapists in developing and implementing treatment plans.
- Provide physiotherapy treatments, including exercise therapy, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and rehabilitation programs.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, posture correction, ergonomics, and home exercise programs.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment.
- Maintain clinic hygiene, safety standards, and professional ethics.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in clinic outreach activities, workshops, and health awareness programs as required.

Requirements





- Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the Maharashtra State Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy Council (if applicable).
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic rehabilitation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of exercise prescription and rehabilitation protocols.
- Familiarity with electrotherapy modalities and manual therapy techniques.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and patient record management.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi will be an advantage.
