We are an international e-commerce and dropshipping team operating digital advertising campaigns across multiple global markets.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Advertising Payment Management Specialist to oversee advertising billing operations, manage payment-related issues, monitor advertising expenses, and support the financial stability of our advertising activities.

This role focuses specifically on payment operations for Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.

The ideal candidate has practical experience managing advertising billing systems, resolving payment issues, maintaining financial records, and supporting marketing teams with accurate payment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Advertising Payment Management

Monitor and manage advertising billing activities across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Track advertising payments, outstanding balances, invoices, and billing cycles.

Coordinate payments through authorized company payment methods.

Monitor payment activity across multiple advertising accounts.

Identify failed transactions, payment declines, and outstanding billing issues.

Maintain accurate records of advertising payment transactions.

Coordinate with authorized team members to ensure payments are processed on schedule.

Payment Troubleshooting & Account Support

Investigate payment failures, billing errors, and transaction discrepancies.

Communicate with Meta and Google support teams regarding legitimate billing issues.

Assist with resolving advertising account payment restrictions through official platform procedures.

Review billing notifications and identify potential payment risks.

Help maintain accurate and up-to-date billing information.





Escalate complex billing issues to the appropriate internal team members.

Financial Tracking & Reconciliation

Monitor daily and weekly advertising expenditures.

Reconcile advertising invoices with company financial records.

Track expenses across multiple advertising accounts and projects.

Prepare financial summaries and advertising payment reports.

Identify unusual charges, duplicate transactions, and billing discrepancies.

Maintain organized records using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Administrative & Financial Coordination

Coordinate with advertising managers, finance staff, and project leaders.

Maintain payment calendars and billing documentation.

Provide regular updates on payment status and outstanding issues.

Assist with financial administration related to global advertising operations.

Ensure all advertising payment activities follow internal approval procedures.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in advertising billing, payment operations, finance administration, or a related field.

Practical experience with Meta Ads billing or Google Ads payment management.

Familiarity with advertising account billing systems and payment procedures.

Understanding of invoices, transaction reconciliation, and expense tracking.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Good written English communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

High standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and financial accuracy.





Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing advertising payments for e-commerce or dropshipping businesses.

Familiarity with Meta Business Manager and Google Ads billing settings.

Experience handling multiple advertising accounts and currencies.

Knowledge of international payment processing and financial reporting.

Previous experience working with remote marketing or finance teams.

Payment Security & Compliance

All advertising payments must be processed through authorized company payment methods and approved financial procedures.

Employees are not required to use personal funds, personal bank accounts, or personal credit cards for company advertising expenses.

All payment activities must be documented and appropriately authorized. The role requires strict confidentiality and adherence to advertising platform policies.
