Educational Qualification: ITI Machinist, ITI-Turner, 1–3 years of experience in CNC Lathe machine operation preferred. Knowledge of FANUC, Siemens, or other CNC controllers is an advantage.

Required Skills:

- Practical knowledge of CNC Lathe machine operation.
- Understanding of turning, facing, boring, threading, and grooving operations.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of G-code, M-code, and CNC program execution.
- Knowledge of quality inspection, rejection control, and production reporting

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC Lathe machines for turning, facing, boring, threading, grooving, drilling, and other machining operations.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, component drawings, and job specifications.
- Perform component loading, unloading, clamping, and setting as per job requirements.
- Select and install appropriate cutting tools, tool holders, and jaws.




- Set tool offsets, work offsets, and machining parameters as per approved procedures.
- Understand basic G-code and M-code commands and make authorized program corrections when required.
- Inspect finished components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Thread Gauge, and other measuring instruments.
- Perform first-piece inspection and in-process inspection to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Monitor tool wear, surface finish, dimensional variation, and machining defects.
- Follow safety procedures while operating machines and handling components and cutting tools.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of tools, fixtures, measuring instruments, and finished components.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
