About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Creative Lead who can develop engaging content ideas, create short-form videos, confidently present in front of the camera, and manage end-to-end content production. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and visual communication to help strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and content strategies for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Present and act in short-form videos, explaining topics and communicating ideas confidently on camera.
- Write scripts, plan storyboards, and develop engaging hooks for video content.
- Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
- Lead the creative process from brainstorming and scripting to shooting, editing, and publishing.
- Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, and audience engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content promoting the company's services, projects, and brand.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and content quality.
- Review content performance and suggest creative improvements based on engagement and reach.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and other team members to deliver creative projects on time.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, video production,



social media, or a related creative role.
- Solid on-camera presentation and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in shooting and editing short-form videos.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong storytelling, scripting, and creative ideation skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media content trends.
- Ability to take ownership of creative projects and manage multiple tasks.
- A portfolio or links to previously created videos are required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience creating content for technology companies, startups, or digital brands.
- Understanding of personal branding, content marketing, and audience engagement.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and motion graphics.
- Ability to independently plan, shoot, present, and edit videos.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who is creative, camera-confident, trend-aware, and hands-on—a person who can turn ideas into engaging videos and take ownership of the complete creative process.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
