Role Overview:
We are looking for Sales Executives with strong B2B sales and business development experience to generate leads, develop customer relationships, prepare sales proposals, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targets across Odisha.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads and develop business opportunities.
- Manage client relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Identify customer requirements and coordinate with Design and Costing teams to prepare quotations.
- Present proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Track competitors and market opportunities.
- Coordinate after-sales support and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain customer visit records and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:




Minimum 2 years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience.
Experience handling large-scale industries, Government PSUs, or institutions.
Fluency in both English and Odia is mandatory.
Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical.
Strong lead generation, negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic CRM/ERP.
Stable employment history, preferably 1.5–2 years with the same company.
Notice period of 15–30 days preferred.
Willingness to travel across Odisha.

Preferred Skills:

- Sales experience in Electrical Panels, LT/HT Switchgear, Industrial Automation, Energy Saving Solutions, IoT, or Digitization.
- Knowledge of ABB, Siemens, Schneider, or Mitsubishi products.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
