Position: Building Maintenance In-Charge

Berkley Hyundai is looking for a responsible, technically sound, and proactive Building Maintenance In-Charge to ensure the efficient upkeep, safety, and smooth functioning of our dealership premises and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the overall maintenance of the showroom, workshop, office, and surrounding premises.
- Manage electrical, plumbing, lighting, air-conditioning, and other facility-related maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ensure proper functioning of generators, pumps, equipment, and other essential utilities.
- Monitor maintenance expenses, repair schedules, and inventory of maintenance supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.

Candidate Requirements





- Relevant experience in building maintenance, facility management, or a similar role.
- Basic technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance systems.
- Strong coordination, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to supervise staff and manage external service providers.
- Good organizational skills with a responsible and hands-on approach.
- Knowledge of workplace safety and preventive maintenance practices.
