- Learn machine operations and the masterbatch manufacturing process.
- Understand raw materials, polymers, fillers, additives, and their applications.
- Assist in production activities, material handling, and quality checks.
- Gain exposure to Quality Control (QC), Research & Development (R&D;), and production planning.
- Learn testing procedures, documentation, and maintenance of production records.
- Follow safety procedures, SOPs, and housekeeping standards.
- Work in different departments as assigned during the apprenticeship period.
- Perform tasks under the guidance of the respective department supervisor.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of plastics and polymer technology.
- Willingness to learn manufacturing processes and practical applications.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Positive observation, discipline, and teamwork.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
