KHILONA is a premium toy and collectibles retail destination offering an exciting range of international and leading brands, including Hot Wheels, LEGO, Barbie, Mini GT, Pop Race, die-cast collectibles, action figures, and more.

We are looking for a dynamic, sales-driven, and experienced Store Manager to lead our Bengaluru store, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while maximizing store profitability.
- Store Operations: Independently manage day-to-day retail operations, ensuring smooth functioning and operational excellence.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise store staff to maintain high productivity and service standards.
- Customer Experience: Deliver premium customer service, build long-term customer relationships, and effectively resolve customer concerns.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment, conduct stock audits, and minimize inventory discrepancies.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive product displays, brand presentation, cleanliness, and overall store aesthetics.
- Product Knowledge: Develop strong knowledge of toys, collectibles, die-cast models, and international toy brands.
- Reporting & Accountability:



Maintain accurate sales reports, cash reconciliation, stock records, and daily performance updates.
- Marketing & Promotions: Execute in-store promotions, new product launches, and initiatives to increase footfall and conversions.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail sales or store management.
- Prior experience in toys, lifestyle, fashion, electronics, or premium retail preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; Kannada is an added advantage.
- Ability to independently manage a retail store and achieve challenging sales targets.
- Robust understanding of retail KPIs, inventory management, billing systems, and staff performance.
- Must be target-oriented, disciplined, presentable, and proactive.
- Willingness to work mall retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
