We are looking for an HR Executive with hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and interview coordination.
- Use job portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
- Manage onboarding, employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR documentation.
Required Skills:
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Good knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and valuable communication skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
