1 Quality Controlling

·Ensure the quality of the fabric is as per the required quality standards and buyer specifications. Control the quality process in all aspects from incoming fabrics to inventory issuing to production unit. Identify fabric defects to ensure quality and prevent issues in the final process.

Setting up the correct stitch length in greige for the required gsm and width parameters

2. Process Improvement

Oversee and ensure correct fabric specifications are used and work towards optimizing fabric-related processes. Knowledge of fabric process route, various greige fabric and knitting specifications

3. Communication & Problem Solving

· Communicate any quality issues, identifying root causes and communicate with suppliers, internal team and find out solutions for fabric related issues.

Identify the dye house based on the finished fabric requirements.

4. Inventory management

· Monitor fabric inventory, manage stock level and oversee the issuance and receiving the fabrics for production.

5. Team Coordination

Coordinate with production team, merchandising,



and design team to update them on fabric availability and changes.

Day to day follow up with sub-contractors and update the status

6 Compliance & Documentation

· Ensure all the documentation is properly maintained & complied such as purchase orders, test reports, invoices, and shipments records.

7 Record Keeping

· Record all the activities on daily basis in detail including detailed record of fabric metrics, quality performance and inventory etc

8. Other Tasks

· Perform other duties assigned by MD/CEO or other Senior Management.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
