Advex Media is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible person to join our production team as an Assistant Director. Professional experience is not mandatory. If you have a genuine interest in video production, basic production knowledge, good coordination skills, and a willingness to learn, this chance is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Director in planning and coordinating video shoots.
- Help prepare shoot plans, shot lists, schedules, and production requirements.
- Coordinate with actors, talents, crew members, and other teams.
- Ensure props, locations, equipment, and other resources are ready before shoots.
- Assist with on-set activities and keep the production running smoothly.




- Coordinate with the editing team and organise footage after shoots.
- Follow production schedules and help complete tasks on time.
- Support the team in solving on-set challenges and handling multiple tasks.

What We Are Looking For

- Basic understanding of how video shoots and production work.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- A responsible, organised, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and learn from experienced professionals.
- Willingness to work on shoots when required, including outside regular office hours.
