We are seeking a highly experienced Machine Learning Engineer who can independently design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable ML solutions in an enterprise Azure environment. The ideal candidate should possess solid software engineering fundamentals, deep expertise in Python-based ML development, and hands-on experience building production-grade machine learning systems on Microsoft Azure.

This role is focused on engineering and operationalizing machine learning solutions rather than pure research or data science activities. The candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of end-to-end ML initiatives with minimal supervision and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities





Machine Learning Engineering

- Design, build, deploy, and maintain scalable machine learning solutions in production environments.
- Develop ML pipelines for model training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Implement supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms for business use cases.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, reliability, and inference latency.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into ML solutions.

Python Development

- Build robust backend services and ML applications using Python.
- Develop reusable frameworks, libraries, APIs, and automation scripts.
- Follow software engineering best practices including code reviews, testing, documentation, and CI/CD integration.
- Troubleshoot and optimize complex Python workloads in cloud environments.
