Experience: Minimum 2 years in an advertising agency (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and handle day-to-day client communication.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with creative, branding, and digital marketing teams.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain client satisfaction.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow existing accounts.
- Prepare briefs, proposals, quotations, and campaign reports.
- Coordinate approvals, budgets, payments, and project timelines.
- Handle client feedback and resolve issues professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client servicing at an advertising agency.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of advertising, branding, and digital marketing.
- Strong relationship management and business development abilities.
- Must be willing to travel and meet clients in person.
- Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
- Proactive, organised, and target-oriented.
