We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Civil Construction professional to join our team in Dahej. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all civil engineering aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with quality and safety standards. This role requires robust leadership, technical expertise, and excellent problem-solving skills to manage complex projects in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all on-site civil construction activities from planning to execution, ensuring projects are completed according to design specifications, budget, and schedule.
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, in collaboration with project stakeholders.
- Supervise and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure quality of workmanship, and identify potential issues or deviations from plans.




- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and procedures on site, conducting safety briefings and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
- Manage and resolve any technical issues, design discrepancies, or construction challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project costs and budget, tracking expenditures and implementing cost-control measures to prevent overruns.
- Prepare detailed progress reports, project updates, and documentation for management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities to facilitate smooth project execution and obtain necessary approvals.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior engineers and site supervisors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
