Job Description – Senior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads across corporate, MICE, leisure, and travel segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and business partners.
- Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and drive repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Coordinate with Revenue Management, Front Office, F&B;, and other departments to maximize business.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
- Represent the hotel at sales meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and client visits.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Hotel Management, Business Administration,



or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate sales, MICE, and hospitality business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
- Target-oriented with strong client relationship and revenue management skills.
