Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork
- Write customized, client-focused proposals
- Research project requirements and understand client needs
- Generate and qualify leads for IT/software development services
- Follow up with potential clients and manage initial communication
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements
- Work towards converting bids into successful projects
- Maintain and manage the Upwork account/profile and bidding pipeline

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in Upwork bidding / IT business development
- Strong proposal writing & communication skills
- Experience working with IT Services / Software Development / IT Consulting companies
- Understanding of technologies and software development services




- Experience handling international clients will be an advantage
- Ability to research, identify relevant opportunities and create customized proposals
- Location: Pitampura, New Delhi
- Experience: 6 months – 2 years
