- Operate CNC ANCA machines for manufacturing and regrinding of carbide cutting tools.
- Set up machines, fixtures, collets, grinding wheels, and tool-holding arrangements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, tool geometry, and technical specifications.
- Perform tool grinding operations for:
- Solid Carbide End Mills
- Drills
- Reamers
- Special Cutting Tools
- Step Tools and Profile Tools
- Understand CNC programs and make necessary program corrections as per requirements.
- Select appropriate grinding wheels and grinding parameters for different tool materials.
- Check tool dimensions, geometry, runout, and surface finish using precision measuring instruments.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy and quality as per customer requirements.




- Identify and troubleshoot machine, grinding, and tooling-related problems.
- Monitor machine performance and achieve daily production targets.
- Maintain proper machine housekeeping and follow 5S practices.
- Follow safety procedures while handling machines, grinding wheels, and coolant.
- Maintain production records, rejection records, and machine parameter details.
- Coordinate with the Production Supervisor, Quality Department, and Maintenance Team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
