Job Description
We are hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented Admission Counsellors for our Study India division. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and parents regarding admissions to MBBS, PGDM, B.Tech, and Bachelor's Degree courses across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide students and parents in selecting suitable colleges and courses.
- Provide information about MBBS, PGDM, B.Tech, and Bachelor's Degree admissions.
- Handle student enquiries through inbound and outbound calls.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Assist students with application forms, documentation, and admission procedures.
- Maintain accurate student records and follow-ups in the CRM.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; freshers are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English & Marathi.
- Robust counselling, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with telecalling, sales targets, and regular follow-ups.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in education counselling or admissions will be an advantage.
Preferred: Immediate joiners and candidates willing to work from the office.
