Location: Greater Noida

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute admission strategies to achieve annual admission targets.
- Lead, manage, and guide the admission team.
- Handle parent enquiries, counselling, follow-ups, and school visits.
- Drive admission conversions and ensure a smooth admission process.
- Maintain admission records, daily MIS, and enquiry reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and admission campaigns.
- Address parent concerns and build strong parent relationships.
- Monitor team performance and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience in school admissions.
- Experience in formal school admissions preferred.




- Strong team management, communication, and parent-handling skills.
- Valuable planning, counselling, and target-achievement abilities.
