Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced HR Recruiter with a minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment. The candidate should have experience in bulk hiring, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle bulk recruitment and meet hiring targets.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and consultancies.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

Eligibility:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment.
- Experience in bulk hiring is preferred.

Working Details:

- Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Location: Six Mile, Guwahati

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
