Job Description

Rohan Corporation is looking for an experienced and qualified MEP Manager to oversee Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) activities for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and hands-on experience in construction projects.

Educational Qualification

- BE / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in MEP management.
- Must have prior experience in the construction industry.
- Experience in handling MEP works for commercial, residential, or large-scale construction projects is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and supervise all MEP activities at construction sites.
- Coordinate electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire-fighting works.
- Ensure MEP works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, structural teams, consultants, contractors, and other departments.
- Monitor project progress, quality,



and safety standards.
- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and material requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of MEP activities within the project budget.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and statutory requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices.
- Excellent project planning and execution skills.
- Ability to manage contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Robust coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple project activities and meet deadlines.
