We are looking for a skilled, responsible, and patient-friendly Phlebotomist cum Receptionist to join our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform blood collection and phlebotomy procedures safely and efficiently.
Handle home sample collection from patients with professionalism and punctuality.
Properly label, handle, store, and transport blood and other diagnostic samples. Manage front-desk/reception activities, including patient registration, appointments, billing, and enquiries.
Coordinate with doctors, patients, diagnostic laboratories, and other staff.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Attend phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries professionally.
Assist patients with information regarding consultations, investigations, reports, and other clinic services.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene,
and proper infection-control practices in the collection area. Handle daily administrative and reception-related tasks as required.
