Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager – Modern Trade

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Experience: 8–10 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage key Modern Trade accounts like D-Mart, Reliance, More, Star Bazaar and regional retail chains.
- Develop account-wise sales strategies, forecasts and growth plans.
- Handle negotiations for product listings, margins, trade schemes and promotional activities.
- Manage product launches, assortment, in-store promotions and brand visibility.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Production teams.
- Monitor sales performance, competitors, promotional expenses and account profitability.
- Prepare sales MIS, forecasts and management reports.

Candidate Requirements:

- 8–10 years of FMCG sales experience with strong Up-to-date Trade exposure.
- Strong relationships with major retail chains, especially in Gujarat.
- Expertise in Key Account Management, negotiations and Modern Trade commercials.
- Good communication and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for market visits and client meetings.
