Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable, passionate, and result-oriented CUET PG MBA Faculty member to prepare students for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET-PG) for MBA admissions. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, developing study materials, conducting mock tests, and guiding students toward achieving excellent entrance examination results.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach CUET PG MBA entrance examination subjects, including Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, English Language and Comprehension, and General Awareness, as applicable to the current examination syllabus.
- Prepare structured lesson plans, presentations, practice questions, and study materials.
- Explain concepts using easy, effective, and exam-oriented teaching methods.
- Conduct regular mock tests, sectional tests, and practice sessions.
- Analyse students' performance and provide personalised feedback and improvement strategies.
- Keep students updated on the examination pattern, syllabus, admission process, and important notifications.
- Clarify students' doubts and provide academic mentoring.




- Track student progress and contribute to improving overall results.
- Participate in academic planning, content development, and faculty review meetings.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- MBA, postgraduate qualifications, or equivalent academic credentials will be an advantage.
- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills are essential.

Required Skills

- Excellent command of the relevant CUET PG MBA syllabus.
- Strong conceptual understanding of aptitude, reasoning, and other assigned subjects.
- Effective classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Ability to develop quality questions, worksheets, and mock examinations.
- Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools is desirable.

Preferred Experience

- Experience teaching MBA entrance examinations such as CUET-PG, CAT, CMAT, MAT, or other management entrance tests.
- Previous experience in coaching institutes or competitive examination training is preferred.
- A proven record of student performance and examination preparation is an added advantage.

Compensation

Salary will be based on qualifications, teaching experience, subject expertise, and performance.
