Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: VKI, Jaipur, Rajasthan

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Industry: Signage Manufacturing, Digital Signage & Solar EPC

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to identify recent business opportunities, generate leads, acquire clients, and drive business growth across all company divisions.

The ideal candidate should have experience in sales and business development, strong client-handling skills, and the ability to develop business relationships across government and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Business Development

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in government and private sectors.

- Develop potential clients across retail, commercial, hospitality, corporate, institutional, and infrastructure sectors.

- Generate leads through cold calling, online platforms, field visits, references, exhibitions, and networking.

- Convert inquiries into orders through regular follow-ups and client relationship management.

2. Client Handling & Meetings

- Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements.

- Present company products and services according to client needs.

- Prepare and coordinate proposals, quotations, and technical specifications.





- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

3. Internal Coordination

- Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams.

- Communicate client requirements effectively to internal departments.

- Track project progress and coordinate with the CRE for smooth execution.

- Assist with documentation, work orders, and approvals.

4. Market Research & Reporting

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.

- Maintain reports of leads, client visits, follow-ups, and sales closures.

- Provide market insights to improve pricing strategies and business opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; BBA/MBA preferred.

- 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.

- Experience in Signage, Printing, Fabrication, Digital Signage, or Solar EPC will be preferred.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.

- Must be comfortable with client calling, meetings, and travelling.

- Strong lead generation and client acquisition abilities.
