Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible Accounts Executive with practical knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, Tally Prime, BUSY Accounting Software and day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle GST returns, GST reconciliation, e-invoicing and e-way bills, as applicable.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments and quarterly returns.
- Handle accounting operations using Tally Prime and/or BUSY.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, debit notes and credit notes.
- Perform bank, customer and vendor reconciliation.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain cash book, journal entries, general ledger and petty cash records.
- Assist in income tax compliance, audits and financial closing.
- Prepare expense statements, outstanding reports and MIS reports.




- Maintain proper documentation and statutory compliance records.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS and income tax basics.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime and/or BUSY Accounting Software.
- Good command of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of billing, bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Valuable communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation and financial operations.
