As a Business Development Executive – GCC, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective parents and students, understanding their academic requirements, introducing them to Eduport Academy's tuition programs, and converting enquiries into enrollments.
The role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with a Hindi-speaking audience.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi and English, confident on calls, comfortable handling sales conversations, and motivated by targets and conversions.
Responsibilities :-
- Connect with parents and students across the GCC and understand their tuition requirements.
- Explain Eduport Academy’s tuition programs and convert enquiries into enrollments.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp to drive conversions.
- Build strong relationships with parents and prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and enrollment targets.
- Maintain lead details and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the academic team for smooth student onboarding.
Requirements :-
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Comfortable communicating with a Hindi-speaking audience.
- Native Hindi speakers are preferred.
- Prior Sales/BDE/Inside Sales experience is preferred.
- EdTech or education sales experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, persuasion, follow-up, and closing skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
