We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telesales Executive to promote company services, communicate with potential customers, generate sales, and achieve business targets through outbound calling and regular follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided data.
- Explain company services and communicate their benefits clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable sales opportunities.
- Persuade potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Follow up with interested prospects to close sales.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Build positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream.
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Bengali.
- Robust sales, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, email, and WhatsApp.
- Ability to handle customer objections and communicate professionally over the phone.
- Knowledge of finance or financial services will be an added advantage.
