Job Summary:

Homesol is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Performance Marketing Executive to manage social media platforms, execute digital marketing campaigns, and support lead generation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn pages.
- Plan and execute Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Create engaging social media posts, reels, videos, and marketing creatives.
- Support lead generation and digital marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics, and prepare reports.
- Optimise advertising campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and lead conversion.
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing requirements and campaign execution.





Requirements:

- Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management and performance marketing preferred.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with Canva and social media analytics tools.
- Positive communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
