Job Description

Sapori Cafe is looking for a skilled and passionate Barista who has good knowledge of different types of coffee and hands-on experience in preparing high-quality coffee beverages.

The ideal candidate should understand espresso-based drinks, milk steaming, coffee brewing techniques, and beverage presentation. We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, maintains consistency in taste and quality, and provides excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare a wide variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, including Espresso, Americano, Cappuccino, Latte, Flat White, Mocha, Macchiato, and other specialty coffees.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.
- Have knowledge of coffee beans, grinding techniques, espresso extraction, and brewing methods.
- Prepare and serve iced coffee, cold coffee, iced latte, and other cold coffee beverages.
- Perform milk steaming and frothing and create basic latte art.
- Maintain consistent coffee taste, quality, temperature, and presentation.
- Follow standard recipes and maintain proper portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment.
- Monitor coffee supplies, milk, syrups,



and other ingredients to minimize wastage.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Work efficiently during busy cafe hours while maintaining beverage quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Barista or Coffee Maker is preferred.
- Positive knowledge of different types of coffee and coffee preparation techniques.
- Practical experience operating an espresso machine and coffee grinder.
- Understanding of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and coffee brewing.
- Knowledge of hot and cold coffee beverages.
- Basic latte art skills will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and consistency.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in specialty cafes, coffee shops, or premium restaurants will be preferred. Candidates should be passionate about coffee and willing to learn and maintain Sapori Cafe's beverage standards.

Pay: ₹9,900.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
