About the Role
We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and skilled Telecaller to join our healthcare and aesthetics team. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling patient inquiries, generating appointments, following up with prospective patients and converting leads into clinic consultations.
Candidates with prior experience in dermatology, cosmetology, aesthetic clinics, plastic surgery or hair transplant clinics will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from prospective patients.
- Connect with leads generated through Google Ads, social media, websites and other marketing platforms.
- Explain available aesthetic, cosmetic and dermatology treatments to patients.
- Generate and convert leads into confirmed consultation appointments.
- Follow up with interested patients and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate patient consultations with doctors and clinic staff.
- Handle WhatsApp inquiries and share treatment information, brochures and appointment details.
- Maintain daily call records, lead databases and follow-up reports.
- Build positive relationships with patients and ensure a qualified patient experience.
- Achieve monthly calling, appointment booking and lead-conversion targets.
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with knowledge or experience in the following treatments will be preferred:
- Hair Transplant
- Liposuction & Body Contouring
- Facelift & Cosmetic Surgery
- Breast Augmentation & Reduction
- Aesthetic & Cosmetic Surgical Procedure Knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Pleasant personality with a confident and professional telephone manner.
- Previous experience in healthcare, aesthetics, dermatology or cosmetology preferred.
- Good convincing, counselling and lead-conversion skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented, disciplined and patient-focused.

Pay: ₹18,600.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
