We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented Telecaller Executives to handle customer enquiries, follow up with leads, generate site visits, and support our sales team in converting enquiries into orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Contact new customer enquiries and explain HOMEIQ products and services.
- Focus primarily on Gate Automation, including sliding gate motors and swing gate automation.
- Introduce Home Automation solutions based on customer requirements.
- Understand customer requirements, gate types, project locations, and installation needs.
- Qualify leads and identify genuine sales opportunities.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Reconnect with old, pending, and missed leads.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
- Update customer details, follow-up dates, and lead status in the company system.
- Maintain daily calling reports and achieve assigned targets.
- Provide professional customer service and coordinate technical queries with the relevant team.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum qualification:



12th Pass, Diploma, or Any Degree.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or customer support is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Must be confident handling customer calls and sales follow-ups.
- Must be comfortable working with daily and monthly targets.
- Basic computer, smartphone, and WhatsApp knowledge is required.
- CRM experience is an added advantage.

Mandatory Language Requirements

- Kannada – Fluent (Mandatory)
- English – Fluent (Mandatory)

Candidates must be confident communicating professionally in both Kannada and English with customers.

Work Conditions

- Location: HOMEIQ Office, Coimbatore.
- Work Mode: Work from office only.
- Work From Home: Not available.
- Full-time role with daily calling, follow-up, and performance targets.
