Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and result-oriented Salon Manager to manage our salon operations in Ayodhya. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer-handling abilities, and experience in managing salon staff, daily operations, and business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily salon operations.
- Lead, motivate, and manage salon staff, including hairstylists and beauticians.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Drive revenue through service promotions, memberships, packages, and retail sales.
- Manage staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Monitor appointments, walk-ins, and customer bookings.
- Maintain salon hygiene, cleanliness, and service quality standards.
- Manage inventory, stock, and salon supplies.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports.




- Build robust customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in salon management or the beauty industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of salon services, treatments, and beauty products.
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Ability to manage operations and achieve revenue targets.
- Basic computer and billing/POS knowledge.
- Professional personality with a customer-first attitude.
