This role turns raw footage into finished reels at volume. We are not looking for a traditional editor. We want an AI-first creator who finds the strongest moments in a recording and builds many distinct variations from them: current hooks, cuts, B-roll, subtitles and regional-language versions. Every variation must be meaningfully different, not a re-upload. The specialist checks audio, captions and facts before handover, and builds repeatable AI workflows so output can grow without quality dropping. They are accountable for output and quality. Shortlisted candidates take a live test: one raw recording turned into three finished reels.
Skills
- AI video tools
- AI voice and dubbing tools
- AI translation
- Subtitling
- Short-form vertical editing: CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar
- Prompt writing for image and video models
- Audio cleanup
Required experience
- 1-3 years creating short-form video
- A portfolio of reels made with AI tools
Preferred experience
- After Effects or other motion graphics tools
- DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro at an advanced level
- Thumbnail and cover design
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
