Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate with vendors/plants for production, artwork, packing material, rates, and delivery updates.
- Prepare, manage, and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) and related records.
- Follow up for order confirmations, production status, pending artwork, and timely delivery.
- Maintain Product Status, Product Update, PO, Payment, FMS & Delivery sheets.
- Coordinate for invoices, Challans, COA reports, product photographs, and samples.
- Handle vendor/plant communication through email, WhatsApp & calls and maintain proper documentation.
- Negotiate rates for new orders and ensure accurate data entry and record maintenance.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience in Purchase, Procurement, Vendor Coordination, or a similar role.
- Good communication,



follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and email communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely follow-ups.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
