Job Description

Dr. Aravind’s IVF Fertility and Pregnancy Centre is looking for a Receptionist with hospital experience to manage front-desk activities and support smooth patient coordination at our Electronic City location.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Welcome patients and visitors and assist them with basic enquiries.
- Manage front-desk activities and direct patients to the appropriate department.
- Handle incoming calls and provide general information as per approved guidelines.
- Coordinate appointments and maintain appointment-related records.
- Register patients and update required information accurately.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other departments regarding patient visits.
- Maintain daily reception records, registers and basic reports.
- Support billing or payment-desk coordination when required.




- Follow up on appointment-related information as instructed.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information.
- Keep the reception area organized and ensure a qualified patient experience.
- Escalate clinical or complex patient queries to the appropriate team.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Hospital experience required.
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling patients and telephone enquiries.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of English and Kannada is preferred for patient communication.
- Professional and courteous approach.
- Immediate joiners required.
