Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and child-friendly KG Facilitator to nurture young learners and create a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment. The candidate should have a strong understanding of early childhood education and the ability to make learning joyful through play-based and activity-oriented teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons for Kindergarten students.
- Facilitate learning through play-based activities, storytelling, rhymes, music, art, and hands-on experiences.
- Develop children's communication, social, emotional, cognitive, and motor skills.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom setting.
- Monitor and assess students' learning progress and developmental milestones.
- Maintain classroom discipline with patience, care, and positive reinforcement.
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, confidence, and independent learning.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students' progress.
- Prepare teaching materials, learning resources, and classroom displays.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene,



and well-being of all children.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, meetings, and professional development programmes.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Maths/English.
- NTT / Montessori Training / ECCE / D.El.Ed. / B.Ed. preferred.
- Relevant early childhood education certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in Kindergarten or Preschool teaching preferred.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and a passion for early childhood education may also apply.
