"We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Amazon Connect Developer to design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise-grade Amazon Connect and cloud-based contact center solutions.

The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, Contact Flows, AWS services, APIs, Lambda, databases, and contact center integrations. The candidate should be comfortable working directly with clients and stakeholders, understanding business requirements, proposing technical solutions, troubleshooting complex issues, and taking ownership of end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and maintain Amazon Connect contact center solutions.
Develop complex Amazon Connect Contact Flows for inbound, outbound, IVR, queue, transfer, callback, and routing scenarios.
Design and implement custom contact center capabilities using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge, SQS/SNS, Kinesis, and CloudWatch.
Develop custom business logic for call routing, queue management, customer context, agent experience, and contact handling.
Implement integrations between Amazon Connect and external applications, CRM systems, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
Work with Amazon Connect APIs and AWS SDKs to build custom functionality and integrations.
Implement and manage customer/contact attributes and call context across different stages of the contact journey.
Work with Streams/StreamsJS, CCP, and custom agent desktop/CTI integrations where required.
Design and implement solutions for queue management, agent routing, transfers, callbacks,



and customer prioritization.
Analyze technical requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable Amazon Connect solutions.
Participate in solution design, technical discussions, estimations, and architecture reviews.
Troubleshoot complex issues related to Contact Flows, Lambda, APIs, integrations, routing, telephony, and AWS services.
Analyze CloudWatch logs, application logs, contact records, and AWS metrics to identify and resolve issues.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, troubleshooting, and production validation.
Conduct code reviews and ensure development follows coding, security, and AWS best practices.
Collaborate with QA, DevOps, architects, project managers, and business teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Support deployments across development, QA, staging, and production environments.
Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, implementation guides, and troubleshooting documents.
Provide technical support for production issues and participate in incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing within the team.
Work directly with Australian clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical updates, and explain proposed solutions."
