Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Production Supervisor to manage daily production and assembly operations, supervise manpower, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor daily production activities.
- Manage manpower and allocate work to operators.
- Supervise assembly line operations.
- Maintain product quality and reduce rejection.
- Monitor shop-floor activities and resolve production issues.




- Implement Kaizen and 5S practices.
- Ensure workplace safety and production efficiency.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and quality teams.
