About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager with 15+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to lead large-scale, complex IAM transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end delivery, driving customer success, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Program Leadership: Oversee delivery of large and complex IAM transformation projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
- Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and business analysts, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Agile Delivery: Implement and manage projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies, ensuring iterative progress and stakeholder alignment.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure IAM solutions adhere to regulatory requirements, security best practices,



and organizational policies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to senior leadership and clients on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process optimization and adoption of best practices in IAM delivery.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

- 15+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management domain.
- Proven expertise in delivering large-scale IAM transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of IAM technologies (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Ping Identity).
- Excellent customer handling and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- US Green Card holder (mandatory).
