Job Overview

WININDIA Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations at our manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, contract manpower management, statutory compliance, payroll processing, vendor management, audit documentation, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a manufacturing or factory environment, with a strong understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Manpower Management

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for supervisory, executive, and shop-floor positions.
- Coordinate contract labour requirements and manage daily manpower deployment and attendance tracking.
- Liaise with contract labour agencies to ensure adequate manpower availability.

2. Statutory Compliance & Licensing

- Handle monthly PF, ESI, Qualified Tax (PT), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) compliance.
- Maintain statutory registers, including muster rolls and accident registers.
- Prepare and submit half-yearly and annual returns to the Labour Department.
- Coordinate the timely renewal of factory licences, Pollution Control Board (PCB) consent, and contract labour licences.

3. Payroll Processing & Verification

- Process monthly payroll for permanent employees using HRMS software.
- Verify contract labour attendance, shift details, and contractor invoices before payment approval.
- Ensure accurate payroll records and timely processing.

Vendor & Administration Management

- Manage canteen, security, contract labour agency, and facility service vendors.
- Verify monthly vendor invoices and monitor service quality.
- Maintain vendor records and prepare cost reports.

5. ISO, Audit & Documentation

- Maintain HR, safety, and training records for ISO audits, customer audits, and statutory inspections.
- Ensure documentation is updated and readily available for audits and inspections.

6. Employee Relations

- Maintain positive relationships between management, employees, and contract workers.
- Address shop-floor grievances and resolve employee-related issues promptly.
- Support effective communication and smooth day-to-day plant operations.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous experience in HR operations within a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Practical knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and contract labour management.
- Experience in payroll processing and manpower management.
- Proficiency in HRMS software, EPFO and ESIC portals, and MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is essential for daily shop-floor communication and statutory coordination.
- Good communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
