About Us

Revive Immigration & Visa Services Inc. is an established Canadian immigration consulting firm seeking an experienced Business Systems & Automation Developer to design, integrate, automate, and continuously improve our internal business systems.

We are looking for someone who can understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, recommend practical technical solutions, and independently implement them from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Systems & Automation: Evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and independently design and implement scalable automation solutions.
- Client & Case Management: Automate client onboarding, agreements, invoicing, document collection, task assignments, deadlines, reminders, and case management workflows.
- Software Integration: Develop and maintain integrations involving Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps, Outlook, Teams, CaseEasy CRM, QuickBooks, and other business applications.
- Systems Development: Assess existing software, APIs, and integration capabilities; recommend and develop custom solutions where needed.
- AI & Innovation: Identify and implement practical AI solutions for document processing, data extraction, administrative tasks, and workflow improvements.
- Reporting & Dashboards:



Develop management dashboards to monitor case progress, employee workloads, productivity, financial information, and operational performance.
- Security & Maintenance: Ensure system security, data confidentiality, reliability, error handling, documentation, and ongoing technical support.
- Technology Strategy & Improvement: Proactively recommend new technologies, evaluate implementation costs, train employees, and continuously improve systems to support business growth.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5+ years of relevant experience in business systems development, workflow automation, or software integration.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with CRM integrations, APIs, databases, and third-party software connectivity.
- Knowledge of Power Apps, AI tools, and modern automation technologies.
- Ability to independently analyze business requirements, design solutions, and manage implementation from start to finish.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Understanding of data security, system reliability, and technical documentation.

Assets: Experience with Power BI, Python, JavaScript, SQL, QuickBooks integrations, and automation for professional service businesses.
