Job Title: F&B; Attendant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a courteous, enthusiastic, and guest-oriented F&B; Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them according to hotel standards.
- Set up, clean, and maintain restaurant tables and service areas.
- Ensure proper mise-en-place before and after service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards at all times.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Follow hotel service standards, operating procedures, and food safety guidelines.




- Assist with restaurant setup, buffet service, and special events as required.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering a positive dining experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant is preferred; freshers may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a solid customer-service orientation.
- Professional grooming and personal hygiene.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Teamwork, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
