- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in electric vehicles (EVs).
- Handle advanced technical issues related to EV batteries, motors, controllers and electrical systems.
- Perform vehicle inspection, repair and maintenance as per company standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to service technicians.
- Ensure proper diagnosis and timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Operate diagnostic tools and software for fault identification.
- Coordinate with the Service Manager and Technical Support Team for complex technical issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of repairs and technical reports.
- Follow all safety standards while handling high-voltage EV components.
Required Skills & Other Requirements
- Strong knowledge of automobile electrical and mechanical systems.
- Positive understanding of EV technology and high-voltage systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to guide and train junior technicians.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must know how to drive a car.
- Valid Driving Licence (DL) is mandatory.
Educational Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech in Automobile, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Candidates with relevant automobile or EV technical experience will be preferred.
