Job Summary

As a Senior Solutions Specialist, you will work closely with Nuacem AI customers to help them launch conversational interfaces on their websites and platforms such as Facebook Messenger, Kik, Skype, Slack, Telegram, and SMS. You will also help them deploy conversational skills on Amazon Alexa and Google Home-supported devices.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Provide technical support for customer issues before and after sales.
- Build prototypes for demonstrations and collaborate with the Product and DevOps teams to enhance solutions and deploy them to production.
- Train customers to use the platform effectively.
- Attend daily Scrum meetings and report on product performance.




- Analyze customer requirements and help customers troubleshoot, debug, and implement new use cases.
- Analyze server logs to identify potential issues and collaborate with developers or customers to resolve them.
- Gather customer feedback and share it with developers to help identify current features and areas for product development.

Required Experience and Qualifications

- Proven work experience as a Solutions Specialist or Technical Account Manager.
- A strong technical or engineering background.
- 3–4 years of experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience building quick prototypes for demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
- Familiarity with Agile engineering processes and issue-tracking systems such as JIRA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend timely, effective solutions.
